The Weekend Lanitta Catron

My Plans for the weekend is to shopping for homecoming and shopping with my two twin cousins because they wanted to come. My weekend going to be very full because i'm going to my sister homecoming with her and i'm going to my twin cousins Winter Ball they are having at there school. Than my sister birthday is coming up and she wanted to have a party. Than in November my niece birthday is coming up and she having a hotel party than we going to Skyzone me, her and my sister. After homecoming we going to Ihop and than we going to have a hotel party. On Halloween i'm going to dress up as the Purge!! I'm going Trick-or-Treating with my sister and my niece. Than me and Quela is going to Cedar Point together and that's how my weekend's is going to go.

Now that the quarter is over, think about the grades that you have received in your classes.  Do you think these grades are deserved?  Why or why not?

Yes I Think these grades are deserved because if you got a good grade you earned that grade not the teacher you do your own work not the teacher.

What have you learned in your classes this past quarter?  What have you learned about yourself?  

What I learned In Drawing and painting is shading. What I learned about my self is to always come prepared to your class with things that you think you need.

How are you going to use this knowledge about yourself to change/better your study habits and grades in the future?  What could you have done better in the past quarter?

What I'm going to use is do my work like I suppose to and turn it on time for a good grade. What I could have done for a better grade is to do my work and be around people that helps me to my work and turn it in soon as I get done with it.

What are some things you would like to see from your teachers in the next quarter?  How can your teachers help to make your academic experience more meaningful?

Some things I would like to see out my teachers this quarter is more meaningful work like work that counts as a grade. They can make it more meaningful by giving us more work that they thinks that is important to us and that they know where going to do.

Finally, talk about the future.  How do you think the next quarter will look once you change your habits and ways?  Do you anticipate better or worse results?

I think the next quarter I will run right through it. I will anticipate better results because I will do my work.

As always, explain WHY you feel the way that you do.  This is a time to reflect and think about how you are taking responsibility for your own education.

I feel the way I do because the classes is not hard to me really and its not so much of the classes or the work being hard its the kids making the work hard for themselves by not doing it and than when they get the grade they do they think its the teachers problem. The teachers doesn't do your work you do so you get the grades you deserve.

Some of the things I like about this time of the year is Football, Warm but Cool, The Leaves changing. What I like about September is most of my families birthdays are In September So I goes to alot of party's. What I like about October is Halloween and all the candy I be getting when I go to haunted houses and amusement parks. What I like about November Is when I get to eat alot on Thanksgiving. When It start snowing alot I like it because me and my sisters and brothers and cousins be building snowman's with our dad. We Have snowball fights and we be throwing snowballs at my mom when she be trying to go somewhere. When it start snowing alot and it be really cold outside means I don't have to go to school as much because it be too cold. That also means that i be in my house in my bed snuggled up under my covers drinking hot coffee.

Lanitta Catron Robotic Experiment

What we are doing in Robotics class is that we are starting to build a robotic car. What I hope to do throughout of Robotics course is that we communicate more with each other and have fun with the time the 10th graders are together. The steps I had to take so far is Make sure all the equipments are in the box, and start building the car. We started to put the rails for the bottom of the car together and place the motor with it. I do enjoy the Robotics Class. I wouldn't rather work alone because when you work together than you communicate and get to know each other better than what you think about them. I can make better use out the time is try to get along with everybody and do my work because if i get a bad grade i have to pay for the Robotics Course. I can better my communication by talking about and working together. I think Robotics is important because it do count as our grade and we can fail in that class and Mr. Juli took out his own time to talk to them and ask them to come up to our school for both 9th and 10th graders. Robotics done to benefits us in the recent years because this field gives the opportunity to let us try to do it and some kids might like it and want to do this field when they get older. I maybe can see myself going into this field when I go to college, It depends. Today me and my teammate put the rails and our engine together. We have to put our wheels and everything else together. The class starting to irritate me because I couldn't take some things apart and things was falling it was just UGGGHHHHH!!!!

Favorite Song

My Favorite Song is Mary Lambert~Secrets because that songs have Alot of meaning in it. She talks about her own life like she haves bipolar disorder, and she doesn't hides how big she is. She talks about people being gay and being their selves and becoming something in life. She talks about how she is gay and that she doesn't care who knows her secrets about herself. She tells females around the world to not to hide or be afraid of their own secrets. She tells about how her family isn't perfect and that they are 'dysfunctional'. She wants to tell others that's its Ok for them to be open about their secrets. She also have a changing song called 'Same Love'. The video is very comforting and it shows about people that is liking their same sex getting married. She says that she loves her life and changed her new girlfriend and have's a new attitude. My Favorite Lyric of the song is 'I Don't Care If The World Knows What My Secrets Are' and that is why Mary Lambert~Secrets is my Favorite song

Introduction About Me

                    My Name Is Lanitta Catron im 16 and my birthday is June 8th. I Live In Cleveland Ohio and grew up in Morris Black than moved to 93rd in Kennedy. I Live with 1 older brother 2 cousins and 1 sister. My Family Is very big! I Have 6 brothers 13 sisters that lives in Cleveland, Alabama, and  New York. My family likes to travel so this Summer I went to Tennessee, Alabama, and California For my family reunion.My Mom Did Hair when i was really little and she graduated from high school and college with her sisters. My Dad Worked As A Guard At The Jail Center When I was little. I attend Design Lab and is a Sophomore. This School is very weak and doesn't Interest Me. My Favorite Sport is Football and Basketball and Tennis. My hobbie is Shopping Skating and Bowling. I am very good at Football and Bowling and Tennis. My Favorite Music Is Rap And Hip-Hop. My Favorite Artists Are Chief Keef, Rihanna, Lil Durk, Jacquees, The Weekend, Gucci Maine, Drake, and Alot More. My Idol Is My Big Sister Because She Finished School and College And Have's All Her Degrees and is going for her last Degree. She have's a Job as a Social Worker And Owns 3 Buildings. She Lives in a very nice home in a nice neighborhood. My Mom Is Living in a nice house but is about to move to Euclid In a bigger house. I  have alot of friends and family that I love.

This story makes me feel very sad because the picture describes Alot and the little boy died because of war. He wasn't in danger to anyone and he was innocent and was just a child that had a big life ahead of them. My initial reaction to this image is that this shouldn't happen to innocent people and kids. The man lost everything he had his 2 kids and his wife. Now he have to visit his wife and kids that dead. My reaction after reading this story makes me sad and mad also. People killing people for no cause. This story doesn't relate to me because it never happened to me or my family. This picture can show us about our selves because this is starting to happen today and people is killing innocent people or each other for no reason.


This story makes me feel worried because kids are forced to run naked with guns. These are little kids and have to remember and think about these moments where they had guns pointed towards them and forced to take their clothing off. My initial reaction to this image is that this letting the world see what is happening to the world. My reaction after reading this story is shocked because the kids faces is so sad and they are crying. The little girl is crying and she is forced to do something she doesn't want to and is not with her parents.


This story makes me feel scared because he is attached to wires with clothing covering his head and his body. Even though he was in prison the Americans shouldn't have to kill people. My initial reaction to this image is that its scary because people that goes to prison haves to die. These pictures show us that our own Americans.
